In week 2, Basnett Plumbing became the team to beat winning their second straight with Zach Menard shutting the main on the Drillers and getting the shutout. They now stand in first place with 4 points. In the early game, the Senators could not get the votes to censure Brice Henault and his three goals for LaCross Crease. The 'Crease find themselves in third behind the idle Leaf's. With three weeks to go, none of the teams have been eliminated from a final spot just yet, but both the Senators and Drillers will face must-win scenarios in the next few weeks.
