Here’s the process for all schedule changes.

1.      AD of the school requesting a schedule change sends an email to the AD of the other school suggesting/requesting new game date(s) and time(s).

2.      ADs of both schools reach agreement on the proposed date and time of the rescheduled game(s) and confirm agreement via email with both ADs listed in the email to Ernie Bayha (embayha@gmail.com), with a cc: to Bob Baroska (sunfuntan1@hotmailcom) and Donna Kisiel (d2sneakers@aol.com).

·        If both ADs are not listed in the email showing agreement, then the request will be denied.

·        An email from one AD saying she/he talked with the other AD and reached agreement is not sufficient. Both ADs must confirm via email.

4.      Once confirmed by both schools, Ernie Bayha will make the change(s) to the league website and the league refererr assignor will take care of the associated referee assignment(s).

5.      There will be no exceptions to this process.  This includes changing times of games on the same day as originally scheduled. Written concurrence of all requested changes is needed by both schools.
