TRAINING PROGRAM(BASIC)

This program offers the opportunity to keep your skills sharp and/or learn the basic fundamentals of the game.. This is a core building, agility and speed program, that is design to get and keep the athlete in shape as well..! There is more to basketball than just shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, etc. This program exploits these areas but, goes further into yhe technical aspects as well. Our coaches work hard to motivate the athletes throughout the course of this program..
