Performance Training

 

 

 

Pittsburgh Pride Performance TRAINING is a 6-week program aimed at improving the athleticism of both boys and girls (grades 5-12).  To achieve this goal, we will help our athletes develop their SPEED, QUICKNESS, and AGILITY.  We will also work with the athletes to improve their CORE STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVENESS, and OVERALL CONDITIONING.

This training starts on 7/9/16.
