Mission Statement

The Newark Post 10 Generals Baseball is a non-profit organization designed to develop youth and high school players to play at the next level. Our main goal for our youth organizations is development. Our main goal for our high school players is to have our players get seen by as many colleges or professional scouts as possible.

Newark Post 10 was built truly care about these players and become a family. We are in this for the long run, and we see a big future for the Generals and its players.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is to give our athletes the necessary skills to perform successfully on the field and more importantly in life. To pursue athletic scholarships for those players that have the desire, athletic ability, and academic standing to play at the collegiate or pro level.

Baseball has the unique ability to apply pressure in those areas inside of those who play it, that everyone must learn to deal with; areas of doubt and fear, pride and arrogance. THE GAME forces an individual to face those areas personally. Dealing with failure and handling success are cornerstones of playing the game well and can build confidence and understanding in a person. THE GAME exposes our flaws that we might face them and set about to be transformed into a better version of ourselves.
