JUNEMAN DOMINATES TRAILBLAZERS --- MUSTANGS WIN IN 5 INNINGS 11-1

As the Mustangs entered the final week of the regular season, the team from Shadow Ridge still had Durango and Palo Verde to wrap up conference play. Cody Juneman was called on to handle the first half of that equation, and handled the call with flying colors.

Juneman was in control the whole contest. In a game that lasted only five innings, Cody only gave up four hits and one run, and that run wasn't scored until the fourth inning. Juneman also had his control working, throwing 15 first pitch strikes to the Trailblazers batters.

The Mustang offense was also working, with multiple players getting at least one hit. Robbie Galvan, Tyler Burton, and Eric Jordan, each had two hits a piece. Galvan and Grant Mohn each had two rbi's.

It was also a SPECIAL DAY, in that it was SENIOR DAY for nine Mustang players: Tyler Burton, Robbie Galvan, Dustin McDonald, Mike Davis, Jake Chambers, Grant Mohn, Chris Mendoza, John Maxfield, and Cody Juneman.

To the Seniors, let's kick some butt in the playoffs and surprise some teams, and then as you go out into your future endeavors, whether it be baseball in college, college, or just getting both feet wet and start your careers in the society of life,  may you all be successful in all that you do.
