Troup wins Under Armour, Falcons and Hibbett Sports Pep Rally!

Under Armour teamed up with Hibbett Sports and the Atlanta Falcons to create the WIN-WIN Challenge last football season. High schools across Georgia had the opportunity to compete against each other for a chance to win a prize package with $5,000 cash, $5,000 of Under Armour gear, and a Falcon’s Pep Rally. Every game where the Atlanta Falcons took home a victory, students, faculty, parents and other school supporters could visit their local Hibbett store or Hibbett.com to enter their school in the Win-Win contest..The sweepstakes ran from August 15 through December 27. Troup HS won the contest with 1,100 entries. On Wednesday, May 11, UA, Hibbett, and the Falcons presented Troup High School with a check for $5,000 and $5,000 worth of UA product at a school pep rally. All 1,300 students from the school attended the event in the gymnasium and were given wrist bands, rally flags, and megaphones from the three sponsors and giveaways were thrown out during the pep rally. Under Armour branded the event space with banners and other event materials. The Falcons and Under Armour pumped up the crowd with two special DVD reels and five athletes per grade from the spring sports teams will participate in a tug of war contest. The Special Olympic Athletes won the event and were given Under Armour book bags while the runners up, the sophomores, were given autographed footballs from the Falcons. Each team member in the contest was given a new "Charged Cotton" t-shirt from Under Armour. Coach Wilbanks and Eric Bridges participated in a football throwing contest. The winner of the football throwing contest will win a $100 UA gift card and the runner up an autographed football helmet from the Falcons.
