Player Development Manager – Motta informed the board that there is a Baseball Coaches clinic at Lake Erie College on Saturday, February 11thfrom 9am-noon, with registration at 8:30. This would be beneficial for our coaches & managers. The drills they promote cover a variety of ages. They ask each participant to donate $5. Pugh made a motion and Levon seconded that our league will pay for any coach or manager that attends. The motion was approved. Pugh also will share the clinic information with other WRBL presidents to promote more attendance.
President – Pugh notified the board that one of our doors was left open upstairs. He reminded everyone to lock all of the doors when leaving the Provo House. He also still needs to talk to Mike Cackowski regarding the WBL obtaining the WickliffeBaseball.net domain.
Old Business: Krizner asked Shirer if there was any update to Mickey Callaway’s speaking to our kids. Shirer said that Callaway hasn’t picked a date, but he asked him if he could bring Trevor Bauer.
