Spring Grove Rocket Winter Blast

Sat, Jan 11th - Rocket Winter Blast Cheer Competition (Spring Grove Area High School - Spring Grove, PA)
*Rinks (competing- not exhibition!), Ponies & Midgets will be participating
Approximately a 30 minute drive- West
We have received a tentative schedule. Please watch for email updates.
The event will be held at Spring Grove Area High School.
The address is: 1490 Roth’s Church Road, Spring Grove, PA 17362
Arrival: We would like all cheerleaders to arrive by 10:00am. All cheer teams are to enter via the cafeteria entrance (follow the lane into the school completely around to the far back doors). We will enter as a team together once everyone has arrived.
**Girls should arrive fully dressed. They can wear different shoes there and put their cheer shoes on after arrival. But PLEASE make sure you have their shoes before you leave the house!!!!!
Admission: is $8.00 per adult, $4.00 for children 10 and under.
Food and Vendors: There will be a variety of food and vendors available, including Thirty-One, custom bow lady, team scarves, event t-shirts ($15) and other vendors.
Jump-Off and Tumble-Off: Cost is $5 per girl, per event. Sign ups will be held at the registration table. You are responsible to sign up your own cheerleader if she would like to participate in either event.
TENTATIVE Schedule:
Arrive: 10:00am
Midgets: compete at 12:05pm (Midget Rec division)
Ponies: compete at 12:20pm (Pony Rec division)
Rinks: compete at 12:35pm (Pee-Wee Rec division)
Jump-Off: begins at approx 1:15pm
Tumble-Off: begins at approx 1:30pm
Awards: 2:00pm (approximately)
If you would like to take your midget cheerleader to shop, we can dismiss the girls to you around 10:30am (or as soon as we get settled in our designated waiting area). You must come to our area to pick your cheerleader up. We cannot let them go to come find you. They will need to be returned to our area NO LATER than 11:15am!!!
Girls will be dismissed to you following the awards ceremony. Please let me know you are taking your cheerleader, so we know where all of the girls are at all times.
Please have the girls bring a bottled water in their bag. Also, please have your cheerleader pack something to do (notepad, book, etc). If you allow your cheerleader to bring any electronics, cell phones, etc, please remember, Cougars is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. Our bags may be left unattended at times. Please keep this in mind.
Parents, be sure to wear your BLUE and WHITE and be ready to yell LOUD for our girls!! They will be working very hard this week at practice!
