Welcome to the official page of Universal Wiffleball or UWB. We are so glad to have you. Before we start, we will like to go through our history.
It all started a couple of days before July 31st, 2019; where Jack was transitioning from middleschool to highschool, he wanted to celebrate this aclopishment by throwing a birthday party. At first he had a mind of throwing another Kickball party ( Like the years in '17 and '18), but his parents moved him forward to choose wiffleball. About 48 hours after the tex message from Jack to his freinds, over seventy people came over to Champion Field, Leagacy Park, to celebrate one thing. The one thing, was to celebrate Jack's birthday. The seventy people at Jack's Birthday Party consist in the Georgia Prospects, Kennesaw Mountain Baseball, Police Officers, Mr. Easterling, Mr. James, and much more. Jack can't think you enough for this party.
Over the course of a couple of years as the global pandemic happened, Jack wanted to give back to the community. He wanted to give back to the community by doing something spectucular. So over the course of that span, he decided to do many things. He first started to think about a Frisbee Disc Golf until he found that he wanted to join the fun. He choose Wiffleball.
The first name that his proffesional wiffleball league was LPMLWO or Legacy Park Major League Wiffleball Organization. He started to promote the league at his development but only recieve one or two people throughout the season. He even failed two or three times. Despite whether he had that shortage, he tried again to countinue to promote this league for the better of the community.
About a year after the restriction of staying inside was unfolded, Jack changed the league to MWBO or Major League Wiffleball Organization. He changed his name of his wiffleball league to open up for a new and unique name to match his inspiration.
Around five years later from his 2019 party, Jack posted on to Twitter/X about celebrating his fifth year in playing wiffleball with his freinds. Into that fifth year in the making, he wanted to celebrate it by releasing a new name for his wiffleball league. Onto August 1st, 2023, Universal Wiffleball was created.
You might be asking yourself, " What is the different between Universal Wiffleball and other wiffleball leagues?"
To respond back to that question, Universal Wiffleball has created twelve rules in the same week as the league's name was announced. These rules include the basics of wiffleball with other rules that can change the game in a fun and exicting way.
To countinue the fifth year of wiffleball with freinds, Jack posted a few days onto twitter/x that their was a new era that was coming. The post was, " Something brand new is coming in 2024! Which it will be release no later than Nov. 24. The only thing I can give you is, " Okay, Cool!"
Which I can give you this details, you are looking at it right now.
