2010 Manager Candidates
Travel Team Manager selection is based upon knowledge of baseball, educational and interpersonal skills needed to teach, train and deal with selected players for the specific Travel Team level. Incumbent managers are required to inform the Travel President of their intentions in regards to their managing aspirations for the upcoming baseball season by July 20th of each year and be posted on the Travel web site. THE TRAVEL PLAYER

Operating Procedure CHANGE
B. Travel Team Financial Activities
Travel Team funding is derived from these sources:
1. Player Self Pay
Paid fees paid by the player family including uniforms.
2. Registration Fee
Fee paid by Family to register for Travel Program
3. Player Sponsorship
A player may use sponsorship monies for his charges relative to the operation of the team. Sponsorship monies must always be used for any expense such as equipment, uniform, tournament or league fees PRIOR to the use of SELF PAY monies. SELF PAY monies must be returned to the player family equal to SPONSORSHIP money contribution.
4. Team Fundraising
Any and all fundraising activities, both as a Team activity or individually are the property of the specific Travel Team. Fundraising monies must be used prior to the use of SELF PAY monies.
4. All Travel Teams must have their team account balance and closed by August 15 any refunds owed will be returned to the family. Any refund request by the family must be submitted to the teams treasurer and Travel Board Treasurer by August 20th. Request made after the August 20th will be denied.
5. Any and all funds in excess of PLAYERS SELF PAY funds become the property of the specific Travel Team.
6. Registration Fee is not refundable.
