On September 10, 2008, Humber Park Minor Baseball Association and Cole Harbour
Minor Baseball Association signed an affiliation agreement with each other to
cooperate and govern rep baseball for the two associations. During discussions
leading to this agreement right up to today there has been much speculation and
rumour about the agreement. This document has been created to dispel / verify many
of the rumours and give you the facts to how this agreement came to be and how
it will affect both
associations.
