Mandatory Plays, but never less than the minimum set by PWLS.
All MPRs should be based on eligible players at the time of the game.

Tiny Mites - See Rule 33; S13 for Participation Requirements
A. e plays must be from the line of scrimmage.
B. Kickos, extra points, QB intentionally spiking the ball and
free kicks shall not be used in ful‑lling the MPR require-
C. A play shall not count toward ful‑llment of the MPR if the play
results in a penalty which causes the down to be replayed.
D. All players shall be provided their mandatory plays by par
-ticipation in “active” plays, without the intent to minimize the
action or integrity of the plays. Plays such as, but not limited
to, having the center snap the ball to the quarterback, and
then the quarterback fall to the ground,
take a knee, spiking
the ball regardless of whether the ball is moved or not
substitutes are playing other positions, shall NOT be con-
sidered as active plays.
E. All players shall receive their mandatory plays by the end of
the third quarter, or they shall enter the game at the start of
the fourth quarter, and remain in the game until they have
received their required number of plays.
F. Failure to adhere to MPR requirements will result in forfeiture
of game in addition to enforcement policies outlined in Part
Each League shall establish its own system for enforcing the MPR,
and must print a simple handout describing its MPR in sucient
quantity so that a copy is made available to each coach throughout
the entire League, before the beginning of the season. e Nationally
preferred system is that used in the National games.
All Henlopen Pop Warner monthly meetings will be held at the
Temple Lodge No. 9 Milford De
@ 7:30 p.m. on the 1st Tuesday of each month.
Pop Warner exists to use football, cheerleading, dance and a respect for education to develop
strong, smart, responsible, healthy young men and women. We give them experiences that build
their appreciation for and understanding of leadership, teamwork, and discipline.
While individual statistics may be more common, particularly among older football players,
Pop Warner only recognizes the athletic accomplishments of the team, not the individual.
We don't track personal tallies of touchdowns or yards rushing per game. We don't count
sacks or blocked kicks. We applaud the athletic efforts of the team to reinforce the importance
of teamwork, with each member.
We don't try to build stars. We don't want to over-inflate a young ego, nor do we want to
risk injuring the self-esteem of a young person. Whether our kids have good days or bad,
they are still an integral part of our team…and always will be.
