ALL STAR BASEBALL CAMP
Registration Form
Please find attached the registration form and information about the 2010 All-Star Baseball Camp. The camp will begin March 1st and run until the end of April. This is a total of 9 weeks. This registration form is for the General Camp and not the pitching, hitting and catching camp. They will happen a few weeks later so please do not register for them at this time. We are just doing the General Camp at the moment. The camp is at the same location as last year. They are making some changes to the building so we are not able to get in until March 1st.
We would ask that you make payment and send it to the PO Box that is noted on the form. Right now the nights are as follows:
Monday 6 to 8 - Mosquito and 8-10 Bantam
Tuesday 6 to 8 - Pee-Wee and 8-10 Midget
We will use other nights as these slots fill up but right now there is one time slot per division. We will look to use Wednesday's if we need to open other slots for certain divisions.
Again, the General Camp includes throwing, fielding for both infield and outfield and a hitting segment. There is no pitching in the general camp. If you could pass this along to others you know that would be appreciated and anyone who is involved with any association and can place this notice on their web site that would be greatly appreciated.
Any questions please feel free to contact me. If people are looking to rent the space they must contact Paul Arsenault at 456-2870.
Much appreciated
Ken Lenihan

BATTING HELMETS
LWF Baseball encourages all participants to purchase their own helmets for this coming season, however, we will still be supplying them for the 2009 season inside the team equipment bags. Beginning in 2010 all players will be required to have their own helmets. This decision has been made based on many studies about personal hygiene with sharing equipment such as helmets. Helmets can be purchased at stores such as Cleve's or SportsWheels for between $20 and $30.
