The Panthers lost a hard fought 12-6 battle in Championship game to the undefeated North Parkland Trojans. The Panthers finished another great season with a 10-1 record. Good luck to all the boys in their Middle School ans High School careers. You will be missed.

At Saturday's competition at Cumberland Valley,the Mighty Minis took 2nd, Small Paws took 1st and Team Spirit took 2nd! We are very proud of our girls. It was a great day for SV Cheerleading. The HS aand MS teams both placed 3rd.

The 2011 SVYSA Year Books are now Available
The Year Books will be available at this weeks away games (see your team mom) and at the Snack Bar this Saturday 11/3/11 from 9:00 Am to 12:30 PM and at the 2011 Pep Rally. The cost is $6.00.

2011 SVYSA Pep Rally/Banquet tickets are available
November 20, 2011 —
Banquet tickets are available to purchase, $2/person (football players & cheerleaders are free). They will be available through your team mom or at the game on Saturday at the banquet stand for purchase. The banquet is Sunday, November 20 at 1pm and doors will open at noon.
SV's American Cancer Society Crucial Catch is a Success
Great Job Panthers and Hornets, We raised just over $800.00 for the American Cancer Society at our October 2nd game. It was great to see all the kids wearing pink and showing their support.

2011 Football School Practice Schedule
The school practice schedule is as follows:
Flags: Monday & Wednesday
80's & 95's: Monday & Wednesday
110's: Tuesday & Thursday
125's: Tuesday & Thursday
All for walk through on Fridays
Your head coach will notify his team of any changes in the schedule. This schedule will start the first week of the school year.

Congratulations to our 125 lb team for their impressive 2010 Season
Congratulations to all the players and coaches for a terrific 2010 season. This is a team that dominated all year, finishing the season with a 10 – 1 record. Althouigh, they came up a little short in the Championship game, losing a hard fought battle to North Parkland 18- 16; this team played with pride and dedication and should be remembered as one of the best teams to wear the red and black. Good luck to the boys that will move up to the Middle School next year. There is a lot of talent coming back. So, look out for the 2011 Panthers.
Also, a special thanks to all the fans that showed up week to cheer the team on.
