The 2023 fall orginational meeting of the Columbia-Greene Umpires Association will be held at the Whitestone Cafe, Route 66, Ghent, NY on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 4pm.  All outstanding assignors fees are due at this time along with your annual membership dues of $60.   Make assignors Fees checks to Sean Connors, dues checks to CGUA.

2023 is an election year with the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and Assignor to be voted upon.  If you are interested in running for any of these positions, contact Nominating Committee Chair Bob Wheeler.

2023 CGUA Summer Umpire Class August 5, 2023 Room 706 at Columbia Greene Community College from 10a-4pm.  All current members are invited to attend.  The class cost is $40 which includes rule book, exam, and your first year dues.  On Field class & clinic is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, August 6th.  Upon successful completion of the course you are eligible to umpire games covered by CGUA and will be fully certified in NY state.   Columbia-Greene Umpires Association is a chapter of the New York State Baseball Umpires Association.  Any questions please contact Sean Connors at sconnors24@yahoo.com.
