EDH Soccerfest - 4th Place

Well Done Ladies!!!

HYDRATE !!! HYDRATE !!! HYDRATE !!!!

Forecast for this month are looking to be in the 90's to 100's.  I always suggest hydrating players during the week prior to practices, and any tournament then having a mix of WATER and GATOR/POWER ADE available on game days.  CHOCOLATE MILK is full of electrolytes and proteins needed between games is always a WINNER.

Meet Coach

Patrick Ilejay is the Head Coach/Trainer for the 2008 Girls.  He has proudly served the Elk Grove and Sacramento areas for over 11 years.  He currently holds a CYSA State E/D & USSF F Coaching license, USSF Grade 8 Referee license, Fiorentina Diploma and is always advancing his knowledge of the game.  He has extensive experience coaching Div I, III and IV teams with a variety of clubs, such as IR Academy, FC Elk Grove, and Sacramento Soccer Alliance. With his love and passion for soccer, we are looking forward for his instruction during this new year.  Coach Patrick promotes a family and nurturing environment between families, players, and staff, while continuing to compete at the highest level.

Coaching Philosophy

Coach believes that every player can improve their skills by instruction, practice, and personal drive.  With continuous touches on the ball, players will become more confident and skillful on the field.  Teaching and Learning Soccer is a journey for both coaches and players, each will need to be receptive to each other in order to achieve the desired outcome.

Congratulations!!!
