End-of-the-Season Banquet Information- UPDATED

A meeting to discuss final preparations for the End of the Year Banquet will take place on Tuesday, May 19th in room 721 at 6 PM.

Remember, players' tickets are covered; only additional tickets for family/friends need to be paid for. With the number of parents and friends who have RSVP'd, the invoice for the banquet is $2100; please send your payment (cash or check made out to AVHS) to Mr. Gallagher in room 721. 

 

The end-of-the-season banquet will be held at The Grove on May 26th from 6:30-8:30. The players' and coaches' tickets are paid for; however, we need to know how many people will be accompanying each player. The cost is $22/person for anyone attending with the players. The menu will be buffet-style: roast beef and penne chicken for main courses and side dishes along with a soda bar. To RSVP, varsity parents can tell Lynne Gallagher at the game on Thursday, April 30th. Junior varsity players' parents can email Lynne Gallagher at gall6662@interact.ccsd.net. Please understand that if you say you are attending and do not actually attend the banquet, you will still need to pay and/or will not receive a refund. The final count given on Friday is what The Grove will plan on for the food. If you have questions, contact Coach Guest.
