Welcome to the home of the All American Youth Football Conference

 ABOUT US

We consider ourselves to be the premier youth football league in North Carolina. The All American Youth Football Organization is a member of the North Carolina Amateur Athletics Union (NCAAU) consisting of 10 different travel  youth tackle football organizations. Our conference consists of two divisions; the Piedmont Division out of Charlotte, NC and the Sandhills Division consisting of teams from Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Lee County, and Richmond County, NC.

OUR MISSION

The mission of the AAYFC is to develop our players by utilizing the teach, coach and mentor approach to football. We will develop their football skills through good coaching and highly competitive football games against teams from around the state. We will develop their character by teaching them the value of hard-work, discipline and teamwork. Our goal is to have a positive impact on the children and help improve their football skills on the field as well as their performance off the field in the classroom and at home.
