AYBS Mission Statement
Ayer Youth Baseball & Softball is a private, volunteer run organization with the primary purpose of providing children of the Town of Ayer with an opportunity to play recreational baseball and softball. Baseball and Softball are both physically and mentally beneficial activities, and we are committed to providing a nourishing and safe environment where children can gain valuable life skills, such as team work, dedication, good sportsmanship, honesty and self esteem.
