The BJGHA annual general meeting will take place Tuesday May 7 at 7:00 PM upstairs at the North Hastings Community Centre.

All proposed amendments to the constitution must be received in writing by the secretary at least 7 days prior to the AGM. Please submit all amendments to bancroftjgha@gmail.com

Nominations for election to the Executive must be received in writing 7 days prior to the AGM. All nominations must have a nominator, a seconder and permission from the candidate. Submit nominations to bancroftjgha@gmail.com

A copy of the constitution will be posted at the NHCC by Monday April 1, 2013.
