CONCESSIONS VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT: There will be at least one tournament per grade level which we will be hosting.  It is required that parents help during one tournament.  If you choose not to help at a tournament, you will be assessed an additional $50 fee in order for your child to participate in future league play/practices.  Money from admissions and concessions sales at these tournaments is what allows our program to exist.  With everyone's help, your required time commitment for these tournaments will consist of only one day throughout the season. J

**GRADE: Please update your participant’s grade level for the new year.

**WIAA CONCUSSION: Please review the concussion forms under handouts prior to registration. It is a state requirement that all parents and players review this information every year.

Barron Area Basketball Association will have the following programs:

Boys Basketball 5th - 8th grade participate in the Indianhead Boys Basketball League & Great Northwest League. Practices held during the week (set by coach). Games will be various Saturdays January, February, & early March. Dates TBD once schedules are created.

Girls Basketball 5th - 8th grade participate in the Badger North League & Great Northwest League. Practices held during the week (set by coach). Games will be various Saturday October, November, & December. Dates TBD once schedules are created.

Girls Basketball - 3rd & 4th Grade - Skill Building & Great Northwest Non-Competitive League held on 3 Saturdays between end of October - December.  Practice held during the week (set by coach) - Dates TBD once schedules are created.

Boys Basketball - 3rd & 4th Grade - Skill Building & IBBL 4 on 4 Scrimmages on various Saturdays - Dates TBD once schedules are created (typically 2-3 Saturday Scrimmages).

Looking forward to a positive and exciting basketball season building skills and developing our youth within the Barron area. Please use the following guidance if issues arise:
 
Any grievance by a parent should be brought to the attention of the following "Chain of Command".
 
1.  Child's Coach/Coaches Discussion - Must be 24 hours following grievance, by email/text that parent would like to speak to coach regarding situation. Coach will contact at his/her earliest convenience.  No parent/guardian is to approach the coach during or after a sporting event or practice regarding a grievance.  This could affect future participation for child per the BABA  board's discretion.
