It is of the utmost importance to all of us in the Bay Shore Soccer Club that we all remember the game of soccer is for the enjoyment of our children. We are all here to have fun, build new friendships and learn the great sport of soccer.
The Bay Shore Soccer Club has been part of the Long Island Junior Soccer League since 1977. As with other clubs, our year consists of both a spring and a fall season. The club averages between 500 and 700 participants each season ranging in age from 4 to 19 years. Many of our players have continued on to travel soccer, ultimately leading to successfully competing at high school and college levels. We take great pride in our program and the impact it has within our community.
Playing soccer affords its participants the ability to master new skills, make new friends and actively maintain a healthy lifestyle. Fun is simply the byproduct of our wonderful program.
We are thrilled to continue the tradition of providing our community with an organization that benefits all of our children.
Miscellaneous Information
Parking: Parking at the Middle School has always been an issue. To prevent any possible accidents and to offer quick access to emergency vehicles, there will be no parking along the curb outside designated parking stalls. Please obey the rules. This is a safety issue and there will be no exceptions.
Garbage: Help us keep our fields clean. If you see garbage please stop and pick it up. If your child's coach assigns you to bring oranges and water to the field, please consider it your responsibility to bring the garbage bag home to be disposed of. The school does not have outside custodial staff on the weekends. The waste receptacles are not at our disposal. Therefore, it is your responsibility to keep the fields free of trash and debris.
Port-o-potties: We have contracted with a local company to supply us with two (2) port-o-potties for all Saturday and Sunday games.
