2012 COUGAR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
RETURNING PLAYERS ONLY
(Veteran Registration):
ALL VETERAN Registration paperwork MUST BE RETURNED by
Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012 by 5pm
(Birth Certificates on file / Please include a recent photo (headshot), per WSJFL rules)
OPEN REGISTRATION (New Players):
Saturday & Sunday, May 5th from 11-2 & May 6th from 12-2 pm
@ the Van Buren Township Building
MUST HAVE TO REGISTER:
2 Copies of Birth Certificate and recent photo(headshot) to keep on file, per WSJFL Rules.
Where: Van Buren Twp Hall (Tyler Rd in Belleville)
Cost: Football & Cheer: $225.00 + $25 Volunteer Fee* = $250
*$25.00 volunteer fee is only refundable after the required 3 volunteer duties (per child) for the season have been fulfilled. Failure to comply with the 3-volunteer duties will cause forfeiture of the $25 Volunteer Fee and the forfeiture of your Child(s) veteran rights. . Registration fee must be paid in full prior to child's placement on roster.

ALL PLAYERS (new and returning) MUST FURNISH a current Physical Health Form prior to the start of practice. Current physicals/physicals on file expire 12 months from examination date.
Licensed PHYSICIAN & NURSE will be available to provide physicals for your players & cheerleaders the day of Equipment Handout. The cost is ONLY $15 per child.

Parents:
FAAST is hosting two leagues for kids in football this spring that are open to everyone.
First, they have a middle school 7-on-7 flag league starting in mid-April at Saline.
Second, through Milan Parks & Rec, they have a 3rd-6th tackle clinic league in spring as well!
