WELCOME TO THE CERES SEAHAWKS WEBSITE
The Ceres Seahawks youth football & cheer are based in Ceres, California. We are proud members of the Cen-Cal junior football league. Founded in 2006, the Ceres Seahawks are fielding four highly competitive football and cheer squads. We have impacted the lives of 200 participants this year alone in both football and cheer.
We are offering 4 levels of play for both football and cheer, and take great pride in all that the participants learn in striving for excellence as part of our organization. Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for all participants to learn the basic skills and concepts of both football and cheerleading, while promoting and encouraging academic excellence, sportsmanship, discipline and respect.
This website was established to keep coaches, players and parents informed on the latest Ceres Seahawks news. We welcome your input via e-mail, and or telephone call.

2010 REGISTRATION DATES ANNOUNCED
The Ceres Seahawks will be hosting sign ups for the 2010 season on the following dates:
2/6 at Smyrna Park from 10:00A.M.- 2:00 P.M.
2/20 at Smyrna Park from 10:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M.
3/6 at Smyrna Park from 10:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M.
3/27 at Smyrna Park from 10:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M.
4/10 Family Day at Smyrna Park from 11:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M.
5/2 & 5/3 at the Ceres Street Fair from 10:00 A.M.- 6:00 P.M.
The following ages and grades are welcome:
Your age is determined by the age you are on or brfore August 1, 2010
Ages 7 - 14
Grades 1st - 8th
Registration fees are as follows:
Football $130.00
Cheer $60.00 plus cost of uniform
Please bring a Photocopy of your child's Birth Certificate and a Photocopy of their most recent Report Card.

CHEER COACHES NEEDED
We are in need of Cheer coaches for the J.V. and Varsity levels for the 2010 season. If you are interested in a cheer position contact Cheer Coordinator Nicole Machado @ 209-204-1453.
SEAHAWKS NEARLY SWEEP THE CERES COWBOYS
The Ceres Seahawks nearly swept the Ceres Cowboys, during the 1st annual Ceres Youth football Championship. The games took place on Saturday, Nov 28 at Ceres High School
The Rookies squad got the day off to a great start posting a 34-0 victory.
The Pee Wee squad ended a solid season by dominating the Cowboys 51-20. The Pee Wee squad finshed the season with a 10-2 record.
The J.V. team ended the season on a positive note, rolling to a big 31-14 win.
The Varsity squad was in a dog fight against a tough Cowboys team. The Seahawks played hard, but fell 22-16.
We would like to thank the Ceres Cowboys organization, for all of their help in making the Ceres Youth Football Championship possible. You guys are truly a class organization.
