Cherry Hill Youth Athletic Association

Summer Clean-Up

CHYAA End of Summer Clean-Up Day is Saturday, August 29th, from 9am-12pm.  Come one, come all with your rakes, leaf blowers, and other yard equipment to help spruce up the place for our kids, the incoming teams for Fall ball, and our neighbors in Kingston.

The Fall season will be quickly upon us. Registration for the Fall baseball/softball season is open.  Click in the upper right hand corner to sign-up. If your child has never played Fall-ball before, this is a great way to try new positions, learn more about the game and hone your skills in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Fall has traditionally been a league for children 8-12 years old. This year we are excited to announce that we will have a 6-7 year old level as well that will place even more emphasis on skill development.
As always, this league cannot operate without volunteers, especially coaches.  All of the best laid plans will go for naught if we do not have the coaches to lead and teach our kids.  If you would like to try your hand at coaching, please let us know.  While the Fall is a great place to advance their skills, it is also a great place to see if you have the time and desire to coach as well

If you have any questions, please email

Thank You CHYAA

As our season comes to a close with our tournament teams representing CHYAA in games throughout South Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, I would like to take a moment to say "thank you".

Thank you to all of the children who played their hearts out in the cold, wind, rain and heat.
Thank you to all of the parents who brought their children to practice and games and sat through the cold, wind, rain and heat.
Thank you all to Tori and the snack bar gang for keeping our CHYAA family fed and hydrated.
Thank you to all of you, the volunteers in the league, for helping prepare the fields, pick up trash around the complex, rake leaves and trim trees and insulate the "Hit Zone", and, of course, coach.
Thank you to Pride Baseball and Dan McMaster, who help develop our kids outside of the traditional baseball season.
Thank you to Cherry Hill National for working with us in playing inter-league games in baseball and softball.
Thank you to all of the Sponsors who helped fund our league and make much of what we accomplished this year possible.

Thank you to all of the  Board Members for their time, efforts and dedication to the league and the children.

As we move forward, I would encourage all of you to continue to be involved, get more involved.   Help make CHYAA the premier place to play baseball and softball not only in Cherry Hill, but in South Jersey. It is the old adage of TEAM-Together Everyone Achieves More. If we continue to do the right things, work together to build a program and develop our youth through baseball and softball, we will have succeeded. We will have taught them the value of good sportsmanship, the value of working together as a team, and the value of friendship.

Thank you all again for making this season a successful one and proving that CHYAA is the place where friends are made and everyone has fun.

Tom Bianco, President, CHYAA
