Our Goal
We realize that juvenile obesity is a growing problem, and it continues to increase at alarming rates each and every day! It's time that we as parents, and as coaches take action!
We want to offer a program that will emphasize physical fitness as a means of having a long healthy life.
Cougar Track Club is looking to build a long lasting relationship with both the parents and kids.
We want to always reflect on the scripture that says,“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
.” Proverbs 22:6
Join Us
We will focus on making the activities fun and healthy for the kids. We will focus on self fulfillment with our pay it forward program. Kids will have an opportunity to replicate what they have learned during the program and teach others. We believe that thinking, doing, replicating positive will give positive results. We will help the kids with self esteem (loving you). Every one of us has special gift(s) that make us unique and we will focus on those features. We will show the kids the importance of team work, there is no “I” in team, it takes everyone to make a team successful. Goal setting, we will set short term goals and learn how to take the necessary steps to follow those goals to completion.
The End Results
The end result will be to have a happier, healthier, motivated child with high self esteem.
