Notice to All:

On September 8th-2022 District 3 executive board met and voted upon how the U13/U15 competitive division will operate this season.

For divisions within District 3 League play

Prior to qualification round start date- Associations will determine what team level is AA or A

From October to December 17^th – qualification round – up to 12 qualifying games will determine level of competitive hockey.

If at any point during qualification round a team at either level. AA or A is significantly better or worse at current level, 2 exhibition games must be booked and played in opposite level (A team is winning 10-1, 10-3, etc an exhibition game is required against top AA team and bottom AA team). Results of the 2 exhibition games must be sent in (game sheets) to District.

December 17^th will end qualification round and executive will then meet, in person or virtually, go over stats to ensure that teams are in the correct division.

Beginning January (2 or 3^rd) league play will start, no other movement will be done within divisions, games will continue until March 17^th. League play within District 3 league top team will be the representee for provincials is AA. If District 1 and 2 do not have a AA team then top 2 teams from district 3 league play will be the rep for provincials.
