WE ARE CELEBRATING 10+ YEARS IN THE COMMUNITY WITH AN ANNIVERSARY REGISTRATION SPECIAL
IN CELEBRATION OF 10+ YEARS OF SUPPORT THROUGH OUR PARTICIPANTS, BUSINESSES AND THE COMMUNITY WE ARE OFFERING FREE REGISTRATION BEFORE 7/1/2016 WITH A COMPLETE REGISTRATION (physical, report card, code of conduct, birth certificate, registration) – ANY REGISTRATION/PAPERWORK RECEIVED AFTER 7/1/2016 WILL HAVE A $40 REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE 2016 SEASON
It is to be understood that ANY missing paperwork (birth certificate, physical, report card, code of conduct, registration) on July 1, 2016 will result in the registration fee for 2016 being $40 instead of the 10+ years anniversary registration special of $0.
NOTE: If your child(ren) is a previous participant and you have any outstanding fees/equipment those will have to be addressed before you are eligible for the "anniversary special".

We cannot count your child’s registration in our team formation until we have ALL paperwork. If you have any questions or having problems getting any of the documents we need you to communicate that with us. Fees paid are nonrefundable after July 10 except under the following conditions (between July 11 and July 31 refunds will be made, less a $15 administrative fee if all equipment is returned. Between August 1 and August 8 refunds will be made less a $25 administrative fee if all equipment is returned. NO refunds after August 8.)
Registration items must be submitted no later than July 1, 2016 to avoid a late fee.

We begin practice on August 1st (you will receive more information concerning this if your child is registered). Your child cannot practice without ALL requirements met.
