U7 Travel Team in the making....

Greetings to all,

Coming up, Fort Lee Soccer will be creating a new U7 travel team for the fall. This will be a brand new team consisting of all our kids who played peewee soccer this year. In the fall our new U7s will train 2 times per week for 1.5 hours. This will focus on their fundamental skills which are key to play soccer at a higher level. This is compared to 1 practice for 1 hour which intown kids will receive. The U7 team will have their own dedicated coach which will guide them through the seasons ahead.

While this is defiantly a step up in competition and training, please don't let this put you off. The team will be placed in a very low flight in northern counties soccer association, this has done very well for our current U7 team. In the fall we play 10 games, 5 home (van fleet park) & 5 away (upto 30 mins drive).

I would encourage you to come and watch the U7 team play so you can get a feel for what your player would have in store. Here is the link for all of the travel games taking place at van fleet for our travel teams, please come and watch! http://www.ncsanj.com/gameSchedule.cfm

Even if you wanted to come and watch a training session of not only the U7s but the other teams, we have practice on Fridays from 6-9pm @ the lewis f cole middle school.
