(Softball open to girls in the Halfway, Conococheague,
& Clear Spring districts)
Please bring your
child's birth certificate and 3 proofs of residency. Examples: Driver’s
License, Voter’s Registration, School Records, Welfare/Child Care Records,
Federal Records, State Records, Local (municipal) Records, Support Records,
Homeowner/Renter Records, Utility Bill (Only one accepted), Financial Records,
Insurance documents, Medical Records, Military Records, Internet/Cable/Sat
Records, Vehicle Records, Employment Records. All of the items from this list
must be dated 2/1/11 – 1/31/12, no exceptions.

who wish to volunteer: please bring your driver's license, volunteer form,
and background form on registration day.

Cost per
player: $100, Cost per family with more than 1 player: $125
($25 dollars for registration, $50 Raffle Tickets
(Paid for in full at registration, family keeps money for tickets sold, $25
deposit for parental participation during our year end tournaments, money
refundable if you fulfill your duties as requested.
T-Ballers $25
deposit will be waived. One deposit per family.
