A Major A-minor Rule Revision
rule revision for A major and A minor selection.
All players between the ages of 9 and 12 will be eligible to try out for A major.
Those players who did not make A major may play A minor. If a 12 year old does not make A major they may not pitch in A minor
Organizations with 42-48 players are required to have 2 major and 2 minor team and are allowed to use floater rule.
Organizations with 49 or more are required to have 2 major and 2 minor teams with no floater rule.
Organizations under 42 players A major teams will carry no less than 11 no more than 15 players.
If an organization has 23 or less players between the ages of 9 and12 they may utilize the floater rule.

If you are considering the purchase of a new composite bat for the 2012 season, please refer to the attached list for those that are approved for play. Blue Mountain Youth League is strongly considering the adoption of Little League International's policy on the use of only approved composite bats.
