We will also be having our annual Crawfish Boil on Opening Day.

Uniform orders are due to the provider no later than April 7th. Each coach will be picking out their teams uniform and collecting the money. Uniforms must be paid for in full, the day the order is placed. Your coach will tell you the date. If your uniform is not paid for in full, it will not be ordered.
All returning players MUST preregister by 5:00 PM, Feb 28th, but do not need to try-out. Due to the large number of returning players as well as the large number of new comers, roster spots are limited, we cannot hold roster spots. Returning players who do not preregister are not guaranteed a roster spot.

Hattiesburg Dixie Boys 13 year old All-stars won the 2016 Jr. Dixie Boys World Series in Pineville, La. The team went 6-0 in the tournament. Congratulations to the coaches, players and parents on this great win. All of you represented the League, the City and the State with class and dignity on and off of the field.
There is a city ordinance that does not allow dogs in our park. Please do not bring your pet to the ball park. I have let this slide this year, but, the City has received several complaints. We will have to start asking you to remove the pet per the City of Hattiesburg.
Please return all foul balls to the concession stand. We are having far to many not being returned. Keeping game balls will cost everyone in the league more money in the long run. Thank you for your help.
Due to insurance regulations only players, coaches, and Dixie Officials are allowed on the playing field and/or the dugouts. Nobody is allowed to be on the field for practice or games that is not on a Hattiesburg Dixie Boys roster. The only time this is waived is in the event of an injury to a player, coach or umpire. This policy will be enforced this season. We have no choice due to insurance and safety reasons.
Parking in front of the fence is a high risk. The City and the Optimist Club do not pay to replace broken windshields or windows. We have several broken each season. Park in these spots at your own risk.
