Photo day will be Saturday 10-22-2016. Schedule for photos will be received shortly from photo company. It will be near your game time for that day. If you do not have a game scheduled that day you will still get a time. All forms have been distributed to managers from the player agent. If you do not have one don't worry there will be plenty of forms available that day.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
(The important election before that other one in November)
The Annual Board of Directors Election Night & Re-Organization Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 8pm.... All Holbrook families that had a child play in either the Spring or Fall 2016 Season are entitled to ONE VOTE. You will be given a ballot of all the nominees and asked to vote for the amount of openings that are available. This is YOUR CHILD'S League...please take time out of your busy lives to elect the people to run the league for YOUR CHILDREN.... Anyone interested in running for a position on the Board, please email me at email@example.com OR attend a brief Nomination Meeting , and see Tony D on Saturday 10/22 at 11am at Holbrook LL.... Remember that a Volunteer organization is only as good as its Volunteers. We are always looking for good ideas and good people to serve Holbrook's children. Please be a part of it if you can.... We are again collecting Non-Perishable Food Items for the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Please bring as many items as possible from the attached link. Last year we did a great job. Let's try to make this our best year yet. look for the donation boxes around the Grand Slam Café. We will have them out for the next few weeks.
