Welcome to the Industrial Baseball League of Northern Virginia website.

The Industrial Baseball League (IBL) is the premier wood bat league for unlimited age baseball talent in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our players are current college, ex-college, and ex-professional players who want to continue to play excellent, competitive baseball.

We play a 20+ game regular season schedule followed by a league tournament. Our season runs from the end of May through the first week of August. The 2013 season games will be played at fields located in Fairfax County. Some teams also participate in pre-, mid-, and post-season tournaments to supplement their schedules. Teams are affiliated with the National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF) and the American Amateur Baseball Congress (AABC) and participate in tournaments sponsored by those organizations.

The league will be comprised of 6 teams in the 2013 season. All teams in the Industrial League are independent teams. We do not have league tryouts. Most players on the teams played with others on the team in college or are working with someone on the team, etc. For others that are interested in playing we take your information (position, age, level played, etc.) and pass it along to the coaches in the league. If there are openings on the team the coach(es) will contact you.
