2014 JAYBAS Spring Registration

On-Line Registration is closed for all Divisions except Tee Ball (closes on April 11th), 15u Session Two (closes on April 30th) and 18u Divisions (closes on April 30th) for Baseball and 12u Softball (closes on April 11th or when full).

2014 JAYBAS Competitive Baseball Tournament Dates Announced!!

Once again Jeffersontown Area Youth Baseball and Softball (JAYBAS) in partnership with USSSA will be holding three of Louisville’s best competitive baseball tournaments:

• Matt Anderson Classic (April 25th – 27th)
• Memorial Weekend Bash (May 23rd - 25th)
• Elites of Louisville (June 20th – 22nd)

2014 Jeffersontown Strike Elite Baseball Rosters (7U-14u , updated 02/18/14)

UPDATE: Thanks to all players that participated in 7U Elite Baseball Tryouts on Saturday, February 1st. Congratulations to the following players that have been selected to represent the 7U Jeffersontown Strike for the 2014 season: Jack Bolyard, Wyatt Colvin, Matt Cornell, Harrison Hall, Cooper Hendrick, James Iles-Sweasy, Matthew McFarland, Issac Meffert, Ryan Mudd, Daniel Norrenbrock, Kaleb Oskins, Connor Willis. Manager Keith Hendrick will be in touch soon regarding first practice and plans for the season.

Based on player evaluations and careful consideration, we have decided on one Elite team for the 7U division in 2014.

COACHES

It is the responsibility of the Visiting (Rec or Competitive Team) playing the first Machine Pitch game of the day, or night to get the Pitching Machine on the Field, and it is the responsibility of the Home (Rec or Competitive Team) playing the last Machine Pitch Game of the day, or night to put it away.

 

Portable Pitching Mound

J-Town Baseball and Softball share Veterans Field (F8), so it is imperative that the Teams playing the last game of the day on Sundays to remove the Portable Pitching Mound from the Field when their game is over.  Please set on the asphalt near the 3rd base dugout.
