2013 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

* Online registration is now available.  You may also download, print and mail in your registration.

* A $25 discount is applied to any registration received before June 1st. 

* In addition to the registration form, you must fill out the PARENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM.

* Two deposit checks must be written and brought to uniform hand-outs.  No player will receive a uniform without the followingdeposit 

   checks:  $100 Uniform Deposit  & $50 Concession Deposit.  These checks should be written to GVAA Football.  For more

* Players new to GVAA Football or players moving from flag football to mini-pony need to bring a copy of their birth certificate.  No

   player will receive a uniform without a birth certificate on file.
