To all managers,
We have received numerous complaints from the NYC Parks Department in Brooklyn about litter in the bench areas. We have been given a warning that we will lose our permits if we do not take care of the garbage left behind after our games. Please inform your teams that they must keep the area clean during and after all games played. If you find garbage in the bench and field area prior to your game, please advise the NYC Parks Dept personnel. Let's make every effort to keep it clean so that we do not lose our permits.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS BANNED IN THE FIELD AREAS!!. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE PARKS DEPARTMENT THIS WEEK AND ANYONE CAUGHT NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FIELD AREA AND FACE A POSSIBLE FINE IF CAUGHT BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT.

TEAMS THAT STILL NEED TO MAKE UP GAMES ARE EXPECTED TO PLAY JULY 7TH OR PLAY 4 GAMES IN A DAY, IF NOT GAMES WILL NOT BE MADE UP.
