Umpires Mandatory Meeting
There will be a mandatory meeting for all Kings County Softball umpires. The purpose of the meeting is to unveil the new ASA uniform all umpires must wear to umpire for Kings County Softball. All umpires are require to bring $105 to cover the cost of the new uniform(powder blue shirt, navy blue pants, matching jacket and cap). The meeting is scheduled for Thursday February 11th @7:00pm at Christie's Pub. located at 2088 Flatbush Ave between Av. P and Quentin Road. ASA Umpire Training for Certification
There will be an umpire's training seminar for all Kings County Softball umpires. This is required to be certified as an ASA umpire. The seminar will be held on February 6th 9am @Wagner College in Staten Island. For directions, call Wagner College@718-390-3100.

Men's Sunday AM Continential Division
Sunday November 29th:
Pizza D'Amore swept McMahon's to take the Championship Series.
Men's Twilight Division
Friday November 13th:
Franchise swept Phil's Crummy Corner and won the Championship Series.
Co-Ed Twilight Division
Tuesdays November 10th:
Phil's Crummy Corner took 2 straight from the Legion of Doom to capture the Championship Trophy in the Co-Ed Division.
Sunday AM National Division
Sunday December 13th:
Semi-Finals
Gun Show took 2 straight over Arsenal and advance to the Championship Series.
Sidewinders lead their series over Rampage 1 game to none and were leading game 2 when the game was suspended due to rain. Series continues with Championship Series to follow upon the completion of the Semi-Finals when weather permits.
Sunday PM American Division
Sunday December 6th:
Championship Series
In weather that was more suited for football, the Ghetto Boyz and Venom battled to a wild finished with Venom coming out on top to capture the Championship. Venom's Greg Lublin has an outstanding series to be named the Championship Series M.V.P.

2010 March Madness Football Tournament
Kings County Football will be running a double elimination tournament in March 2010. There will be a limited amount of slots available on a first come first serve basis. Any team interested should call Mark Goldberg @718-530-3167 asap.
Field Maintenance In Case Of Rain
As you all know, I am out there with equipment doing my best to clean off the fields. However, I cannot do it on my own. It is the responsibility of all teams to get their fields in playing condition. ALL teams are to bring equipment and help. If we all work together the games could be played. THANK YOU, THE COMMISSIONER
Please Be Aware
To all managers,
We have received numerous complaints from the NYC Parks Department in Brooklyn about litter in the bench areas. We have been given a warning that we will lose our permits if we do not take care of the garbage left behind after our games. Please inform your teams that they must keep the area clean during and after all games played. If you find garbage in the bench and field area prior to your game, please advise the NYC Parks Dept personnel. Let's make every effort to keep it clean so that we do not lose our permits.
