Registration Info


Registration Days at the arena (10AM to 2PM):

- Saturday, Feb 17th

- Saturday, Feb 24th

- Saturday, Mar 24th

Tee Ball - For 4-6 YO players.  Practices take place before teams engage in a 2-inning game.
Softer baseball's are used for the protection of the players.
*Players are responsible for purchasing helmets, gloves and protective cup. 

Pixie League - For 6-8 Year old Girls as of December 31st.

An introductory league to prepare girls for Junior Level Slo-pitch

The game schedule will depend the number of teams in the league.

The coaches will focus on skills and rule of the game but in a fun and energetic way.  Pitching is done by the coaches.

Each player must have their own helmet and glove.


Tyke
 - For 7 YO players.
A hybrid between T-ball and Rookie-ball, players will hit off a pitching machine set at 30MPH.
For the first 2 weeks of the season, a Tee will be used when a stirkout occurs. For the remainder of the season, strikeouts will be enforced.
*6YO players will be considered, but they must be mentally and physically mature enough for this level. If your little one is still drawing in the sand or will struggle hitting off the pitching machine we encourage you to stay an extra season in T-ball.
For those 6YO's that are able to compete at this level, a guardian of the child will need to be a full-time volunteer on his or her team; either as a head coach or assistant coach.
Practices will take place on Monday evening, with games being played on Saturday mornings (subject to change).

Rookie Ball - For 8 & 9 YO players. 
A pitching machine is used, set at 40MPH, and full rules are in place.
There is an opportunity for a Select team baring coach and player participation. Select tournament typically takes place mid-August.
*7YO players will be considered to play in Rookie-ball, but the same rules apply as in Tyke.
The player must be mentally and physically capable of handling this level and a parent/guardian will be expected to volunteer as a full-time head coach or assistant coach.
*Select Rookie and Mosquito tournament August 16, 17, 18, and 19 in Kingsville.

Mosquito Baseball -  For 10 & 11 YO players
Players will begin to pitch to one another, and Interlock play is introduced with games being played in Leamington, Harrow, Essex and Amherstburg.
Mosquito Interlock wrap-up tournament will take place August 2-5. (Venue TBD).
There is an opportunity for a Select team baring coach and player participation. Select tournament typically takes place a week after the Interlock season comes to a close.
*Select Rookie and Mosquito tournament August 16, 17, 18, and 19 in Kingsville.

Peewee Baseball - For 12 & 13 YO players.  
Peewee Interlock wrap-up tournament will take place August 9-12. (Venue TBD).
There is an opportunity for a Select team baring coach and player participation. Select tournament typically takes place a week after the Interlock season comes to a close.
*Select Peewee and Bantam tournament August 16, 17, 18, and 19 in Amherstburg.

Bantam Baseball - For 14 & 15 YO players. 
Bantam Interlock wrap-up tournament will take place August 2-5. (Venue TBD).
There is an opportunity for a Select team baring coach and player participation. Select tournament typically takes place a week after the Interlock season comes to a close.

*Select Peewee and Bantam tournament August 16, 17, 18, and 19 in Amherstburg.

Midget Baseball - For 16>18 YO players. 
Interlock wind-up tournament - August 10, 11, 12 and 13th

Junior Girls Slo-Pitch - For 9-11 YO girls.   
There will be an opportunity to play on a Select team following the end of the Interlock season.

Intermediate Girls Slo-Pitch - For 12-14 YO girls.  
There will be an opportunity to play on a Select team following the end of the Interlock season.

Senior Girls Slo-Pitch - For 15-18 YO players.
There will be an opportunity to play on a Select team following the end of the Interlock season. 

*All Girls Softball divisions are part of an Interlock league with teams from Leamington, Harrow, Amherstburg and Essex.  

*All players are expected to provide their own helmet, glove, jock/jill and pants/shorts.
** KMB will supply a jersey, helmets and bats.


 
  Registration Fees:

T-Ball & Pixie:
$50.00 per player
All Other Divisions/Age Groups:
$120 - 1 player
$200 - 2 Players in same family
$250 - Family Rate
*After March 31st, all players registered will pay an additional $25 late fee.
