EHS Freshman Try-Outs (Class of 2019)
Monday night June 1, 2015 at 6:00 PM were the tryouts, but if you missed them for a legitimate reason, please know that you are still welcomed to come out and show us your stuff.  At this point our gym is closed for remodeling and we have had to postpone practices. Early in August a tryout opportunity will be announced.
Thank you to all the girls for your attention and hard work in the tryouts.  Congrats to the Freshmen that made the cut and to those moved to the JV level.
A note regarding Freshman tryouts from Coach Anderson…

EHS Girls Basketball will hold summer tryouts for the Freshmen class in the Eagles Nest (gym).  Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign up, bring basketball shoes, wear appropriate attire and bring a bottle of water.  The Lady Eagles will provide the basketballs, so please leave yours at home.

All players are eligible and considered to play on the varsity level and will be placed based on your performance.

I am excited about the seasons to come here at Etiwanda High School.  We have been successful in the past, continually playing deep into CIF Play-Offs, beating some of the best teams in the nation and winning the Baseline League 15 out of the last 16 years; with a 30-0 program record last season.  That means all three levels won all ten Baseline League games in the 2014/2015 season!  This is promising for the future of the EHS program, which I look forward to making you a part of during our 2015/2016 basketball season.
