TRAVEL TEAMS – Tryouts have been completed.


GRADES 3 to 6:  There will be multiple weekly practices and/or games using PIAA officials at the elementary schools and the LD Middle School in the evening at times that are “age appropriate” or on a Saturday. The program will run from November 2016 to February 2017. All attempts will be made to geographically split the boys into teams to minimize drive time. Check back on the website for player evaluation schedules by grade to be held in November. Evaluations are held to place boys of fair and competitive teams. Groupings are  3rd/4th and 5th/6th. PLEASE CHECK BACK - THE EVALUATION NIGHTS AND SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED - EVERYONE REGISTERED WILL GET A EMAIL - THEY WILL BE IN NOVEMBER


GRADES K to 2 After School;There will be an after school program at the elementary schools starting in     January 2017. The program will be 1 day per week over 6 weeks with a time slot of 3:40 pm to 4:45 pm. There will also be a Saturday and Half Time Show at a varsity game. This program is about skill building and teaching fundamentals. Advanced 2nd grade boys can try out for the weekly 3rd-4th grade league.  PLEASE NOTE: Although K-2 starts in January, IT FILLS UP QUICKLY - SIGN UP TODAY!                  


REGISTRATION FEE and PAYMENT:There will be a small participation fee of $60 per player to help offset the cost of basketballs, blue/white numbered reversible jerseys that players keep, PIAA game officials, first aid kits, practice equipment, and season ending team activities. If the $60 fee will be a financial hardship on your family, please respond confidentially to Bob Albrecht at or 579-1347. You have options for payment. If you pay by check it saves the LDYBA banking and processing fees. The website does allow online registration payments through your PayPal account or your credit card. If you don’t have a credit card, then simply register online and then send a check payable to the LDYBA to Bob Albrecht, 1621 Sand Beach Road, Hummelstown, PA 17036.
