We're always looking for ways to make your sons' and daughters' experiences with Lightning Lacrosse better. This year we're organizing an equipment sale and swap to help you pass on that gear he or she has outgrown or buy perfectly good, albeit used, gear substantially cheaper than buying new. This is especially helpful if it's your child's first year in lax and are testing the waters (although we know your child will love the sport and "stick" with it)! The club makes no money from this event except from the always stylish Lightning Lacrosse gear that will be on sale. A perfect gift for the upcoming season!
So mark your calendars for Saturday February 25 from 9-11 AM in the Millston River Upper Elementary School Cafeteria, 75 Grovers Mill Road in Plainsboro.
Here's how we hope it will work. Please bear with us as it's going to be Lightning Lax's first year doing this and we may encounter a few hiccups along the way.
* Bring your clean and functional gear you want to sell with prices marked to move (Helmets, pads, goggles, sticks, gloves, cleats, etc. Nothing broken, torn, etc please. Remember, if it doesn't sell it's just going to sit in your garage collecting dust).
* We will have the swap divided up by tables for boys and girls gear and roughly by age/size.
* You are responsible for "sticking" around to sell your gear.
* Lightning Lacrosse is not responsible for any sales, returns, broken equipment, etc. The organization is simply organizing a swap/sale for your convenience. Lightning Lacrosse cannot guarantee equipment condition or availability of sizes and quantities. First come, first served.
We will also be selling Lightning apparel at this event including some great deals on close out items. Don't miss it!
