If you can sacrifice one cup of coffee per month towards the programming efforts of the MPAA, we guarantee we will see leaders being trained and set loose to change the world.

Spring Football is here! Registration forms available under Handouts. Ronald McNair on Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. for conditioning and registration. Don't miss out!

Registration fee $250.00 along with complete paperwork, birth certificate and report card.
Returning players from Fall 2011 ONLY:
If you are a returning player from Fall 2011, your paperwork is still valid. If any pertinent information has changed please let us know. Registration fee of $200.00 will be the only thing needed to complete your registration.

Mid-Peninsula Athletic Association Mastodons had a successful 2011 Fall Season! We could not have asked for anything more. Our parents were wonderful and our players were phenomenal. We thank everyone for their continued support for giving back to our communities of East Palo Alto and Menlo Park. It would not have been possible without you.
