"Mount Dora Hurricane's Pop Warner Cheer & Football Sign-up's
Get ready Hurricane Cheerleaders and Football players! Sign-up's are coming again soon and you can print the forms needed by clicking on the Handout tab located on the Main Menu. If you would like to coach or be a volunteer you can find the forms also by clicking the Handout tab. Good luck and see you at sign-up's!
Cost: Cheer and Football $125.00 per child
Items to bring with you: copy of birth certificate, current wallet size photo, completed sign-up forms, copy of student’s 2011 last report card and a completed/signed physical form.
All dates will be 9am to 1pm, location is Frank Brown Park under pavillion.
