Southwestern Summer Recreation, Inc. (MSSR). MSSR is a 501(c)3 non-profit domestic
corporation providing summer and fall baseball and softball recreational programs for children
that attend or will attend Southwestern Middle School in the southwest area of Tippecanoe
School Corporation. Our purpose is to provide assistance and leadership to promote character
development, citizenship, responsibility, sportsmanship, and to otherwise encourage the
participation of children in the sports of baseball and softball.
We operate five different fields at three sites—Mintonye Elementary, Southwestern Middle
School, and Shadeland Recreation Center. Approximately 250 boys and girls participate in our
organization every year. We also host many other teams from Tippecanoe and surrounding
counties in the form of games and tournaments.
We offer the following levels of sponsorship:
Team Sponsor
Your company logo will be on team shirts as well as your company listed on our website as a
sponsor.
Outfield Banner
Your company logo will be placed on a 3 foot by 5 foot banner that will be displayed on the
outfield fence on one of our fields. The banner will be on display by May 1st and taken down at
the end of October.
All Sponsor Sign
Your company logo or name will be listed on a sign with other sponsors that have also chosen to
be on the sign. The sign will be displayed bythe Mintonye concession stand for the entire
season.
