Fall 2016 Season
The Calendar on the Main Menu has been updated with Fall 2016 season information. Early registration for the Fall Optimist Soccer begins on Saturday August 13th at the Coastland Center Mall, in front of JC Penny inside the mall, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Sunday August 14th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Azzurri Storm is for the players that are ready to move to the next level. Practices are tailored more to match the players skills and abilities and are performed twice a week. Do you want to enhance your soccer skills, Are you ready for the upcoming soccer season, Sign up for the many 1/2 day and full day camps we are offering over the summer. Our camps are directed by Gavin who holds the 2 highest coaching licenses in the USA (USSF A, NSCAA Premier) and is the most experienced coach in SWFL after 24 years of directing clubs and 28 years of coaching and directing camps nationwide. Request for Coaches
The Optimist Club of Naples – Soccer Program is a 100% volunteer organization. Our recreation program is comprised of parent/family and community volunteers as Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches. We rely on our volunteers to maintain a strong recreation program and cannot operate without them. Coaching a team with the Optimist Club of Naples is often a very rewarding position where you can make a difference in not only your child's life, but the life of other children in your community! You don't have to be a former National Team player to be a great coach, in fact we give you all the information you'll need to run an effective practice. Coaches even get to select their practice night.
Please consider volunteering, we couldn't do it without our volunteer parents!

HEADS UP Concussion
HEADS UP Concussion in Youth Sports is a free, online course available to coaches, parents, and others helping to keep athletes safe from concussion. It features interviews with leading experts, dynamic graphics and interactive exercises, and compelling storytelling to help you recognize a concussion and know how to respond if you think that your athlete might have a concussion.
Once you complete the training and quiz, you can print out a certificate, making it easy to show your league or school you are ready for the season. Click on the picture to start the class.
