WELCOME TO THE NJABL

Welcome to the online home of the North Jersey Amateur Baseball League (NJABL). The NJABL is an 18 and up all-wood bat baseball league with teams from Bergen, Passaic, Hudson and Rockland (NY) Counties. The goal of the NJABL is to provide an organized and highly competitive environment for current collegiate baseball players, as well as recent graduates and former professional ballplayers. The strength and commitment of our core teams as well as the quality of the athlete competing will allow the league to grow, succeed and be the premier wood bat baseball league of North Jersey. 

Our site is regularly updated. Feel free to surf our team pages and stats pages as well. Individual players interested in joining teams should fill out the league's free agent player inquiry form found on the left tool bar under online forms or else contact the team representative in the town nearest you. Once completed your info will be circulated to all league managers for review.

New regime member Josh Miller leads the As to 7th straight W

July 12, 2017

Josh Miller and Vito Marichal had multi hit games for the A's on Tuesday night.  Miller started off the night with a HR in the first inning and added another hit and a run scored later in the game.  A's 15 year Vet, Vito Marichal, turned back the clocks for a second night in a row with 3 line drive base hits and 2 RBIs.  Isaac Seelenfreund pitched a complete game for the A's.   Mike Rucereto was a triple shy of the cycle for Bergen (1B, 2B, and HR).


A's 9-2 behind Moore's 4 hits, with 2 HRs

A's offense was led by Pete Moore who was a triple shy of the cycle (2HRs, 1 2B, 1 1B, 4 Rs, and 3 RBIs). A's rookie Issac Spiegel pitched 5 innings while striking out 8. A's veteran Vito Marichal closed out the game with 2 scoreless innings with 3 Ks in his first pitching appearance in over half a decade


A's win 5th straight behind Tarabola's complete game

A's rookie Matt Tarabola pitched a complete game while allowing 2 hits and striking out 7.  The A's offense exploded in the 4th for 6 runs.  Led by none other than Mike "Big Cas" Casapulla, who put the game away when he blasted his 4th Cas Bomb in 3 games.


Big Day For Bobby Graber

June 16, 2017

Bobby Graber goes 6 strong for the Raiders earning the win.  He also brought his bat to the game and got the Raiders on the board early on with a 2 RBI double.  Wyckoff would have a big 6th inning consisting of an AJ Gallagher grand slam which would be followed by a PJ Saporito solo home run.


Kuzmik Throws Complete Game

June 8, 2017

Cory Kuzmik throws a complete game allowing just 2 hits and 1 walk with 13 strikeouts as the Raiders would go onto win 6-2. Ryan Janiga lead to offense going 3-4 and 2 rbi's.


Englewood Tops Paramus in Pitching Duel (8 innings)

June 7, 2017

Englewood's Blake Smith shutout the Paramus offense in a complete game two hit performance to earn the win in eight innings with five strikeouts. The run was scored by Pete Moore that started the rally off with a one out walk. Vito Marichal moved him to 3rd with a hit & run single & later scored on Josh Miller's RBI single.


Cannon K's 14.

Great job by Casey Cannon. After giving up a two run home run in the top of the first, Cannon allowed only 3 more hits the rest of the game. 0 hits in the last 5 innings. Striking out 14 making it one of the best opening day starts in the NJABL for the Sox in their history. Mike D'Ambrosio had a day at the dish, 3 for 4,  scoring a run and knocking in an important one in the bottom of the 6th to seal the deal. AJ Gallagher hit an opposite field two run homer in the first for the Raiders.


Paramus Wins opener against The Salty Dogs

May 24, 2017

The Paramus Birds beat the Pearl River Salty Dogs 9-3 in the season opener.  For the Salty Dogs, Dominic Savarese and Vinny  Lea each had an RBI, and John Verwoert had 2 hits and scored once.
