NRRC Snack bar signups

Take a  look at the signup process.     (Waldron Park Snackbar Signup)   (NSH Snackbar Sign-up)

We hope this warmer weather is getting you ready for base hits, hot dogs and cold drinks! We are excited to share some changes for both of our NRRC snack bars (Waldron Park and Northside High School). Our vision is to have the money raised from purchases to go back into the rec club and benefit our athletes and programs. Additionally, there will be an easy way to raise money for the teams to pay for banquets, trophies, etc.! Our goal is to have our snack bars open as much as possible to serve the patrons of the two locations.

Teams can sign up to work at least a two hour shift during operating hours and enjoy 10% of the profits made during the time worked. Easy sign-up links will be available on the NRCC website. While we know Spring teams and schedules are still being established, we are actively seeking volunteers to work the Northside High School softball games, that are quickly approaching. If you are interested in general volunteer hours, please reach out to Brooke Handy at More information will be coming through your Spring Sports teams.

We know the NRRC families will help make these changes a 'sweet' success!

Future Viking Softball Factory at Work!

Success of Northside Softball doesn't just happen, it begins with the Vikings giving back to the community that has supported them so generously through the years.  Northside Varsity and JV teams worked in conjunction with North Roanoke Recreation Club this past weekend to host over 100 future Viking softball players at the NRRC Softball Clinic.

NRRC has 2 OPEN board positions
