RUN A PROGRAMIf you have a hobby, activity or club you are interested in sharing with the community, such as lacrosse, softball, cheerleading, gaming or the sciences, etc., call the Owings Mills Recreation Office at 410-887-1582 or email us at lcohen@baltimorecountymd.gov for more information on how to get involved.
Remember, recreation is more than just sports.
You may also attend the Recreation Council meetings in the main office lounge at New Town High School on the 2nd Thursday of each month except July, August, and December. (Please come and join us). back to top
If you are the head of an Owings Mills Recreation Council program and you need a permit for indoors or outdoor space, please fill out this form. Only the chairperson of approved programs may use this request for program operations (ie, meetings, games, practices, registrations, etc,) Some questions are used to accurately fill out the Electronic Board of Education Facility Request.
