Welcome to the Owings Mills Recreation and Parks Council (OMRPC), a 501(c)3 organization certified and supported by the Baltimore County Board of Recreation & Parks and the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks. RUN A PROGRAM
If you have a hobby, activity or club you are interested in sharing with the community, such as lacrosse, softball, dance, gaming or the sciences, etc., fill out the "New Program Proposal" and call the Owings Mills Recreation Office at 410-887-1582 or email us at email@example.com for more information on how to get involved.
Remember, recreation is more than just sports.
You may also attend the Recreation Council meetings in the main office lounge at New Town High School on the 2nd Thursday of each month except July, August, and December. (Please come and join us).

If you are the head of an Owings Mills Recreation Council program and you need a permit for indoors or outdoor space, please fill out this form. Only the chairperson of approved programs may use this request for program operations (ie, meetings, games, practices, registrations, etc,) Some questions are used to accurately fill out the Electronic Board of Education Facility Request.

On weekends, recreation programs will be cancelled whenever the emergency snow plan is in effect - Refer to the Baltimore County Government Website.
