RUN A PROGRAM
If you have a hobby, activity or club you are interested in sharing with the community, such as lacrosse, softball, cheerleading, gaming or the sciences, etc., call the Owings Mills Recreation Office at 410-887-1582 or email us at OMRPC@verizon.net for more information on how to get involved.
Remember, recreation is more than just sports.
You may also attend the  Recreation Council meetings in the main office lounge at New Town High School on the 2nd Thursday of each month except July, August, and December. (Please come and join us).

FACILITY REQUESTS 
If you are the head of an Owings Mills Recreation Council program and you need a permit for indoors or  outdoor space, please fill out this form.  Only the chairperson of approved programs may use this request for program operations (ie, meetings, games, practices, registrations, etc,) Some questions are used to accurately fill out the Electronic Board of Education Facility Request.

To reserve a pavilion, please submit your request to the email address below include the following:

  •  Preferred Reservation Date(s)

    (including set-up and clean-up)
  •  Anticipated number of people
  •  Which pavilion(s) you prefer
    (A, B, C, combo of two, or all)
    (each pavilion hold max of 70)

On weekends, recreation programs will be cancelled whenever the emergency snow plan is in effect - Refer to the Baltimore County Government Website.

PART-TIME COUNTY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The Owings Mills Recreation and Parks Office is looking for mature, responsible PT Field Workers for field & facility supervision within the Owings Mills community and NorthWest Regional Park. Duties include, but not limited to, monitor, secure and rules enforcement for inside hours.  For outside, line baseball, soccer, lacrosse, etc. fields, field care and maintenance, monitoring/ supervision of a site, and more.  
No Experience Required.
