WNBL
OXCITY WOMEN  65  v  BRISTOL STORM  45
Easy win for the Oxford City Women as they battle against all odds to stay within Playoff distance.
Oxford City Enjoys 3rd Place with 9 Wins and 3 Losses
High Scorers:
C. Gray  19 pts,  J. Nakacwa-Wamala 12 pts & M. Fellerdale 10 pts

U16 NBL
OXCITY U16  73  v  95  WEST HERTS WARRIORS II
The scoreline does not do justice to the game that was played on Sunday at Oxford City FC Indoor Arena in Berinsfield.
The City U16 managed to even the scoreline twice in the game, in the 8th Minute of the 1st quarter at 17-17 and more importantly in the 9th Minute of the 3rd quarter when they took the lead 58-57.  However Warriors were just more clinical in their attack missing very few lay ups.  Warriors took 41 and made 23 free throws, whereas City only took 24 and made 13.
Warriors made 10 shots from downtown, whereas City only made 2.
Everytime we see OxCity U16 play they are better the team has unified itself and that in time will translate in victories.
High Scorers:
S. Karar  20 pts,   S. Anand 14 pts,    T. Linney  9 pts

MEN NBL
OXCITY MEN  61  v  SPORTING CLUB ALBION 60
A physical, fast paced game that was a serious battle from the word go.  OXCITY started a bit slow going down 8-2, but they soon turned that round and took the first 2 quarters with clinical offensive movements and hard defensive intensity.
The 3rd quarter was really tight with Albion reducing the gap to 49-42 with all left to be played in Q4.
CITY started on fire and extending the lead 57-46, but City then went on a slump with 5 minutes without scoring a single point and the same time put Albion the line 12 times with 2 minutes left the score was 57-55.  Desta Rudder-Smith from Oxford City went to the line and scored 4 out 4 to take a 61-55 lead with 57 seconds left to play.  Albion scored and with 26 seconds left, Oxford City run a 24 second play as the score was 61-60.  Albion barely got the ball in play and Oxford City took the Win.
High Scorers:
Marcus Traemmler  23 pts,   Desta Rudder-Smith 18 pts,  Jamie Furlong 10 pts
